Operators are in alphabetical order within each region. Team size is the LinkedIn staff band; for a telco or IT group's GPU cloud it is usually the parent group's band. GPUs listed: models the operator lists on its own pricing or product pages, each linked to that model's provider list.
What is a neocloud?
A neocloud is a cloud provider built around renting GPU capacity for AI, rather than offering the broad range of services of a hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. CoreWeave, Nebius, Lambda, Crusoe and Nscale are the largest.
Most rent bare-metal GPU clusters by the hour or on multi-year reserved contracts to AI labs, hyperscalers and enterprises, and finance the GPUs with debt repaid from those contracts. The list below also counts the neighbors that sell the same capacity: sovereign AI clouds run by telcos and states, AI factories, former bitcoin miners and serverless GPU platforms. Power projects and colocation landlords, which sell power and space rather than GPU capacity, are left out.

Methodology
Show the method and sources
The operators come from our Neocloud Directory, built from each operator's website and LinkedIn page and refreshed monthly. Hosts our research found sell no GPU capacity, power projects and colocation landlords are left out. A name appears here when our GPU survey found a public GPU offer from the operator and the name is already public on this site: a listed company, a group with 1,000 or more staff, or a borrower in our GPU Financing Tracker or Rated GPU Financings tracker. Counts of the rest are rounded down.
