GPU Collateral Monitoring
Quarterly marks on your GPU loans and leases: what the collateral is worth, LTV against your covenant, and what changed.
Sample quarterly report (illustrative)
| Asset | Units | Mark | Since last quarter | LTV (covenant 75%) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HGX H100, 8 GPUs | 32 | $6.2M | -6.8% | 81% · over covenant |
| HGX B300, 8 GPUs | 64 | $26.9M | -3.1% | 58% |
| HGX H200, 8 GPUs | 40 | $13.9M | -1.2% | 66% |
Every report shows each asset's mark, the change since last quarter, and loan-to-value against your covenant, with the flagged positions first.
The value you lent against has moved.
GPU servers lose value faster than most equipment, and a covenant is usually set against a value nobody has checked since closing. By the first annual review, the loan-to-value you approved may not be the one you hold.
Send us your asset list once. Each quarter we mark every asset to the current market, test loan-to-value against your covenant, and flag what moved. When a mark moves enough to matter, we can scope a full appraisal or due diligence.

Collateral monitoring questions
- What do you need from us?
- A list of the collateral: server model, quantity, purchase date and price, and each loan or lease balance with its LTV covenant. Serial numbers help but are optional. A spreadsheet is fine.
- Where do the marks come from?
- Completed resale transactions, not asking prices, for every component in the rack: the same data behind the Rack Report, 600,000+ secondary-market data points, updated monthly.
- Is this a full appraisal?
- No. It is a third-party desktop mark from market data, with no site visit. When a position is flagged, we can scope a full appraisal or technical due diligence on it.
- Who is it for?
- Lenders, lessors and funds holding loans or leases secured by GPU servers, who need a current value between closing and maturity.
