Project Delay Cover
Get paid if a cluster goes live late.
Buy cover tied to the cluster’s ready-for-service (RFS) date in the contract.
If delayed, the cover pays at an elevated rate. This can cover the compute buyer's costs for on-demand compute elsewhere, or it keeps debt service paid.
If it goes live on time, then there's no issues.

How it works
New builds often slip. A cluster that misses its ready-for-service date means a delayed launch for the compute buyer, or missing debt service.
After the ready-for-service date, the cover pays the project revenue shortfall at an elevated rate, for up to 45 days. This allows a compute buyer to pay for on-demand compute elsewhere.
